One pan sausage and risoni


Small variation on this recipe.

Serves: 4



  1. in a sauté pan on medium-low heat, heat oil
  2. brown the sausages lightly
  3. add onion and capsicum; sauté until onion is translucent
  4. add garlic; sauté for ~30 seconds
  5. add risoni; toast for a couple of minutes
  6. add water, stock, paprika, chilli flakes
  7. bring to a simmer, add tomatoes and nutritional yeast
  8. simmer for 20 minutes

The nutritional yeast adds a cheesiness to the finished product.
